This is our newly refurbished Kitchen.

It has a large range elecric cooker with double ovens and an induction hob - all users get access to our induction ready pans.

There is a basic dishwasher which has a short cycle for lightly soiled dishes.

There is a large catering standard Fridge.

A catering standard microwave cooker.

A large Baine Marie with four pans.

The kitchen has a layout in sympathy with food safety requirements which include a sink for washing vegetables; marble worktops for prepping food; a separate area for cooking and another area for cleaning up. 

All users are expected to have the appropriate food safety training if they are catering for groups.
